Chrysalis Center is proud to offer Southeastern North Carolina's only in-person eating disorder Intensive Outpatient Program, along with a trauma-focused Intensive Outpatient Program, outpatient therapy, nutritional counseling, and medication management.
We understand that referring a client is an extension of the trust they've placed in you. Our goal is to provide thoughtful, evidence-based care while collaborating closely with you throughout the referral and treatment process.

We'll communicate with you about the outcome of your referral and, with the client's consent, collaborate throughout treatment to support continuity of care.
FINDING THE BEST FIT FOR YOUR CLIENT

Designed for adults (18+) experiencing anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, ARFID, or OSFED who need more support than traditional outpatient care. This multidisciplinary program may be appropriate for individuals stepping up from outpatient treatment or transitioning from a higher level of care. Treatment includes individual therapy, group therapy, supervised meals, nutrition counseling, and medication management as clinically indicated.

Designed for adults (18+) experiencing PTSD or the effects of complex trauma who would benefit from structured, intensive treatment while continuing to live at home. Our multidisciplinary team provides evidence-based, trauma-focused care to help clients process traumatic experiences, build coping skills, and move toward recovery.

We provide individual and group therapy for adolescents and adults experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, including eating disorders, trauma, OCD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relationship concerns. Our clinicians work collaboratively with clients and referring providers to develop individualized treatment plans based on each person's unique needs and goals.

Our registered dietitians provide nutrition counseling for adolescents and adults with eating disorders, disordered eating, gastrointestinal concerns, chronic dieting, and other nutrition-related concerns. Services are individualized and grounded in evidence-based, weight-inclusive care that supports both physical and emotional well-being.

Our psychiatric providers offer comprehensive medication evaluations and ongoing medication management for adolescents and adults. Medication management is integrated with therapy and other services when appropriate, allowing our team to provide coordinated, collaborative care.
