Aiereal Lloyd is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management with a thoughtful, integrative approach. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Fayetteville State University and her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health Across the Lifespan from Walden University.

Aiereal emphasizes collaboration, education, and compassionate listening, ensuring that clients feel informed, supported, and empowered before beginning any medication treatment. Her practice philosophy is rooted in the belief that effective psychiatric care combines both scientific precision and human connection. She works with individuals ages 17 and older and has experience treating a wide range of conditions, including Major Depressive Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, and Eating Disorders.

Aiereal brings particular expertise and passion to her work with pregnant and parenting individuals. Her interest in perinatal mental health was deeply shaped by her own lived experience as a mother and survivor of a perinatal mood disorder. Committed to reducing stigma and improving access to care, she completed her Certification in Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders in May 2023 after intensive training through Postpartum Support International (PSI).

Her approach to psychiatric care is individualized and evidence-based, focusing on the whole person rather than symptoms alone. She values open communication and ongoing collaboration with clients, therapists, and other members of the care team to promote holistic wellness and long-term stability. Aiereal believes that healing begins with being truly heard, and she strives to create a safe, respectful environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their mental health needs without fear or shame.

Aiereal is deeply committed to empowering individuals through education and advocacy, helping clients better understand the role of medication in their recovery and how it integrates with therapy and lifestyle changes. Through this collaborative approach, she supports each person in building insight, confidence, and a renewed sense of hope.

Please note: Aiereal does not routinely prescribe benzodiazepines and requires a formal diagnosis supported by comprehensive psychological testing for ADHD medication management.
